Community Rehabilitative Residence Host Home (CRR)
Currently serving Western Pennsylvania: In addition to a client having a DSM-IV-TR Axis I diagnosis, clients entering into CRR services must have a written recommendation from a licensed physician or psychologist. The client then attends an Individual Service Plan Team (ISPT) meeting where a written treatment plan is established having a recommendation for CRR services. Families, hospitals, caseworkers, and the medical assistance managed care company may each request and evaluation and meeting for CRR services. CRR Host Homes are currently available in Pennsylvania only. If you believe you may be working with a qualified client, or are interested in being a CRR Foster Parent, please feel free to contact The Bair Foundation in New Wilmington, PA at 724-946-2220 or 877-351-9044.
